As a member owned health fund, your feedback is especially important to us. It helps us improve the products and services we offer to you, our members, and this is why from time to time, we ask for your feedback through surveys such as the annual Brand Trust Survey.
The 2022 Brand Trust Survey
The survey is hosted by Discovery Research; an independent research company engaged to conduct this survey on behalf of the Members Health Fund Alliance, to which Phoenix Health is a member.
The survey is designed to measure the level of trust that our members have in different brands and can be completed online using the link in the email sent to you. It will be available until 5pm Friday 23 September 2022 AEDT.
