Preparing to welcome a new family member is the beginning of a new stage in your life; whether it’s your first or fifth baby, it’s a stage that’s exciting but can also bring some challenges and adjustments too.
At Phoenix Health we’re here for you through every stage of life and with this in mind we offer you the Bumps & Bubs Program – designed to support you from the time you learn you’re expecting through the first three years of your baby’s life. Through the comprehensive online antenatal and early parenting courses you can learn about everything from pregnancy health, labour and birth preparation to feeding, emotional health and wellbeing to baby and toddler first aid.

The Bumps & Bubs Program is available at no extra cost to Phoenix Health members with Hospital cover.* Find out more about the program and eligibility criteria below, then enrol online or by calling the Phoenix Health team!
Bumps and Bubs at a Glance
Online Learning Hub
Through the Bumps and Bubs Program you’ll have access to your own Nourish Baby Learning Hub online to give you all the knowledge you need as well as handy bonus resources.
Personalised Emails
Throughout the program you’ll receive guidance and support direct to your mailbox tailored to your stage of pregnancy or parenting with direct links to online learning modules and more.
Sleep and Settling
If your hospital cover includes pregnancy benefits, you’ll also receive access to phone support services delivered by maternal health nurses to assist you with getting your little one to sleep and settle.*
Bringing Support to you at Home
In our post-pandemic world, many parents may be without the resources and face-to-face courses they need to prepare for and navigate their journey to parenthood.
The Bumps & Bubs Program is here to support you through your Phoenix Health hospital cover to ensure you feel confident and supported, so you can get back to enjoying the moment with your little one.

Phoenix Health is working in conjunction with the Ternity Group to bring you the Phoenix Health Bumps and Bubs Program including the Nourish Baby Learning Hub.
*The Phoenix Health Bumps & Bubs Program is included with all eligible levels of Phoenix Health Hospital cover. Benefits and limits apply and are dependent on level of cover. All Phoenix Health Hospital Care Programs, including the Bumps & Bubs Program, have a two (2) month waiting period.
