The annual Member Satisfaction Survey is hosted by Discovery Research; an independent research company who have been engaged to conduct this survey on behalf of the Members Health Fund Alliance, to which Phoenix Health is a member. You can enter the survey using the link in the email sent to you, and will be available to complete until 5pm Friday 22 January 2021 AEDT.
