Getting to know you, and how you feel about us and the products and benefits we offer is so important; it will help us build a stronger health fund and provide you with more value from your membership. As a not-for-profit health fund, our members are the focus of everything we do. We believe health insurance should be easy and affordable, and feedback from our members, is an important part to achieving this.

Our annual Member Satisfaction Survey is hosted by Discovery Research; an independent research company who have been engaged to conduct this survey on behalf of the Members Health Fund Alliance, to which Phoenix Health is a member.

Your survey responses, and any information you provide through the survey will remain confidential and will not be linked with your personal information.

When you share your feedback by completing the survey and include your Phoenix Health membership number, you will automatically be entered into the draw to win 1 of 4 $200 digital gift cards. The survey closes 5pm (AEDT) Monday, 6 February 2023. Competition winners will be drawn at random on Monday, 13 February 2023 and notified immediately via email.
