At Phoenix Health, you are our priority. It is of the highest importance that we ensure that not only do you receive the best healthcare possible, but that you also have a voice and a platform to share your thoughts and experiences.
We have partnered with Voice of the Patient – an independent party that collects information on the quality of the healthcare services received by our members.
We want your voice to be heard
Together with Voice of the Patient, we will be sending out invitations to members who have had a recent hospital admission, with the opportunity to answer a few questions about their hospital stay and the quality of the healthcare they received.
The survey will only take a minute or two to complete, and is completely voluntary – we understand that your time is valuable!
Questions like ‘did the staff at the hospital respond to your questions and requests in a timely manner?’ and ‘did you feel cared for?’ will be asked, and members will select their responses from a sliding scale list to make sharing easy.
The information we collect during the survey will be aggregated and used to make improvements in the value and quality of the healthcare services we secure for our members.
What do you need to know?
- We want you to know that your privacy is our priority. You can feel safe that your personal details will be kept secure and will not be given to anyone without your permission.
- Your responses will not be shared directly with any of the healthcare providers, staff or hospital personnel that you may have had interactions with during your hospital stay – so you feel comfortable with being open and honest in your responses.
- Participation is voluntary and you can opt-out at any time.
- Invitations will come from [email protected], so keep an eye on your inbox.
