Osteoarthritis is a chronic, degenerative disease generally presenting as pain, stiffness and loss of function; and is one of the most common diseases worldwide – in fact more than 9% of Australians have self-reported* that they have Osteoarthritis. To support our members health and wellbeing in managing this condition we have partnered with health service professionals to deliver the Phoenix Health Osteoarthritis Care Programs.

*Australian Bureau of Statistics, 2015

The Phoenix Health Osteoarthritis Care Program will provide a structured, multidisciplinary approach to providing support to participants with Osteoarthritis by reducing pain, relieving symptoms, and improving function and their quality of life with the end goal of keeping them from needing a hospital admission.

We know that no two people are the same, and what works for someone else may not necessarily be the best option for you. We’ve partnered up with the following providers, so that we can offer you a program that truly supports you and what you need right now…
