We offer a range of Health Management Programs to support to members living with chronic conditions such as Diabetes, Cardiovascular Disease, or bone conditions as well as those preparing for, or recovering from a hospital admission. with all levels of hospital covers for no additional or out-of-pocket cost to eligible members.

Healthy Lifestyle Program
On selected levels of extras cover, you may be able to claim benefits towards healthy lifestyle programs that form part of a health management program, designed to manage a specific health condition. Your program will need to be recommended by your Doctor or Health professional and can include gym memberships and swimming lessons.
