What is the Phoenix Health App?
The Phoenix Health App puts your membership information in your pocket, allowing you to access important details directly from your smartphone.
Once you’ve downloaded the app, simply log in using your membership number, OMS password and coming soon, Multifactor Authentication.
Through the app, you can:
- View your current cover, premium and next payment date
- Check your Extras limits and available benefits
- Submit Fast Claims and Photo Claims
- View previously submitted claims
- Use your digital membership card when claiming through HICAPS
- Update your contact details
- Get a quote on how much you’ll receive back for eligible Extras services

What is Online Member Services (OMS)?
Online Member Services (OMS) is Phoenix Health’s secure online member portal. It gives you access to a range of membership management tools through your web browser. OMS is particularly useful when you need to make changes to your policy or review detailed membership information.
Using OMS, you can:
- View your policy details and membership information
- Review claims history
- Update personal and contact information
- Access membership documents and correspondence
- Manage payment details

Do I Need Separate Logins for the App and OMS?
No. The Phoenix Health App and OMS use the same login credentials. When logging into the app, you’ll use your Phoenix Health membership number and your OMS password. This means you only need to remember one set of login details across both platforms.
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it through the OMS login page.
