From the time you learn you’re pregnant through the first three years of your baby’s life, as a family you’ll receive access to support through:
- Nourish Baby Online Learning Hub giving you 24/7 access to your own online portal with all the knowledge you need, and also some handy bonus resources.
- Personalised emails tailored to where you’re at in your pregnancy or parenting journey, you’ll receive guidance and support with links to online learning modules and more, directly to your inbox!
- Sleep & Settling Support Services exclusively available if you have pregnancy and birth included on your hospital cover, you’ll receive access to maternal health nurses by phone, who are there to assist you with getting your little one to sleep and settle.
The Bumps & Bubs Program is designed to give you a little extras support through your pregnancy and for the first three years of your child’s life – because you know what they say, it takes a village! Plus, it’s included with your hospital cover at no extra cost!
Through the comprehensive online antenatal and early parenting courses, you can learn about everything from pregnancy health, labour and birth preparation to feeding, emotional health and wellbeing to baby and toddler first aid.

As long as you have Phoenix Health hospital cover, you’ll get access to a wealth of knowledge via personalised emails and the Nourish Online Learning Hub.
